The Airplane View ✈️🌾

Imagine you’re inside an airplane 🚁 flying over a huge farm. From up there, everything looks different, right? You don’t just see the tractor or the shed. You can see the roads, the fields, the river, the houses — and even where the crop is doing well or poorly.
That’s what we call the big-picture view of the operation. It’s when we look at the whole instead of just one little piece. 👀
In daily work, anyone involved in agriculture, research, or sales needs to do this from time to time. Stop and think: How does each part of my work connect to the rest? Is the problem I’m seeing really the problem… or just a symptom?
From above, you understand the system. You see the bottlenecks, the opportunities, and the hidden connections. 🌱💡
👉 So, every now and then, climb into the airplane. Look at your entire operation. Ask yourself: What needs to change on the map before I try to fix what’s on the ground? ✈️
